The Duggari cowl is worked in the same stitch as our popular Duggari sweater. The stitch is simple and quickly learned, and it gives the fabric a texture that keeps the knitting interesting. The cowl can be worked with plain ribbing or with a turn-up. Good on its own, or with the beanie and mittens to match.
Gauge 22 sts and 28 rounds in stocking stitch = 10 × 10 cm
Yarn DK weight, 100–150 g

How it is worked
Worked in the round from the rib, then divided into front and back sections worked flat in the texture pattern. Nothing to seam at the end. An Italian tubular cast-on gives a soft, elastic edge, though it is not required.

Yarn, needles and notions
