Pattern language

The Duggari cowl is worked in the same stitch as our popular Duggari sweater. The stitch is simple and quickly learned, and it gives the fabric a texture that keeps the knitting interesting. The cowl can be worked with plain ribbing or with a turn-up. Good on its own, or with the beanie and mittens to match.

Sizes  2–12 years, 4 sizes
Gauge  22 sts and 28 rounds in stocking stitch = 10 × 10 cm
Yarn  DK weight  ·  Difficulty  1–2 of 5

The pattern includes a chart and links to video tutorials.

How it is worked

The rib is worked in the round. The piece is then divided into front and back, worked flat in the texture pattern.
